Edison's Way Of Interview

Everyone are aware of the creepy and jolting questions asked in some Multi-National Corporations (MNC) like Google, Microsoft etc. like How would you move Mount Fuji ? But very little people are aware of how Edison used to hire his assistants. That's an interesting story here ! Thomas Alva Edison used to take any intelligent candidate to dinner after initial round of questions. The Interview would continue over the dinner and when the food arrives Edison would take a bite of food. Then he would remark as 'I think this needs more salt ?' Then he would watch the candidate. If the candidate adds the salt without tasting it he would reject him and if the candidate decide to add the salt after tasting the food he would hire him. Edison knew that people who easily believed what others have said or made assumptions without first hand experience or knowledge could not look at a problem with different perspective and find a innovative solution. For Edison these people are narro...

An small creepy-crawling creatures which amazingly transforms itself into a vivid and beautiful colored butterfly is one of the nature's marvelous shows. Also it holds a valuable lesson which nature conveys. Once an man was gazing the nature sitting below a tree. It happened that he saw a cocoon was about to hatch. Out of curiosity he patiently scrutinized upon the cocoon. Slowly and steadily the cocoon was hatching and beautiful butterfly was struggling to break open free. He waited and observed that butterfly was struggling way to hard to break the cocoon. Out of empathy he intended to help the butterfly to break free by hatching the cocoon. Little did he realized that he was harming it. The butterfly after hatching was shivering and weak. It was trying to fly but couldn't. Michelangelo the great painter and sculptor from Renaissance period has been credited with several master-pieces. He has immensely enriched the artistic perspectives of human kind. Perhaps at the top of his master piece is David, an 18 foot tall statue sculpted in marble. Looking at it marvelously solace our eyes and gives an belief of what a man is capable to do with its artistic intelligence. Standing today in National Museum of Italy it attracts many people from around the world to leave them with the memories of vivid yet meticulously sculpted art. HUMAN VS VIRUS

Today as I am writing this, COVID-19 a novel virus is en-gulping over the world. Apart from taking down many lives it has also shattered Human's belief & raised many debates over the world. This Ancient life has empowered itself with Technological arsenal we the Human's made for ourselves. It started on 31 December 2019 in China and with help for our Transportation Infrastructure (Railways, Airways, Seaways..) spread out its army over the world. Again the black side of Capitalism debates were rejuvenated. There were suggestions that countries which were authoritative regime would survive. Democratic and liberal countries would not able to cope up the efforts. But the results were surprising countries like India, South Africa were able to stagnate the spread by taking stringent efforts of social distancing. This Virus has left many developed countries which lauded their Health Infrastructure crippled. It raises a question : Do we need to overhaul the health Infrastructure ?...

TIME IS A PHASE

Today I was having a bad day. My To-Do list wasn't completed, I was indulged in my own thoughts. I was feeling very low (Dopamine Levels shunted)  & that's when my younger brother gave me a visit. This visit of him unexpectedly thought me one of the best lessons of life. I was sharing many feelings about how low I was feeling and how despaired I was. Instead of solacing me it happened he shared a story with me. It goes like this. Once upon a time there was a old man who was broken, lost his family and bankrupt. He was so broken as darkness was gulping him way in. Broken, disheartened he heard about a monk who solve others problem. In a hope with ending of his problems he gave monk a visit. He told the monk about his problems and shared his feeling to make him understand the pain he was going through. The monk gave him a simple solution. The monk asked him to travel a desert as far as he can. Upon listening to the monk he was ready for this arduous journey. Upon leaving the...
