On an complaint from his co-passenger he was thrown out of the train at St. Petersburg station by Rail Authorities for not shifting to lower class compartment. It was that movement he realized the struggle of people with more melanin pigment and the scar of Racial Discrimination. Left out in cold he was startled to move an inch on the station to reach out his suitcase which was thrown down in front of him. UN REFORMS: LONG OVERDUE

Today's Changing global scenario with rising unilateralism, chaos in the middle east countries, threats of Nuclear proliferation and trade wars has time again raised the question about the role of International Organisation in the Globe. ' Charles Darwin ' in his book " Origin of Species " has said that "It is not the strongest that survives nor the most intelligent one but the one which is adaptable to change". This statement of Charles Darwin is well applicable to International Organisation and United Nation is no exception to it. In this Context we will start with a brief history of United Nation and its role in Global Dynamics. Following it the adaptations which are required for the Institution to survive and the reason for its reforms. Then analyse the reasons for its long overdue in reforms. The Kashmir Imbroglio :

Heaven & Hell :  The Land's crown occupied with snowy peaks of Himalayas, the perennial rivers embellishing the richness of the soil, the lushy grasslands and the valleys with hamlet settlements, far from pollution and urban concrete's lies the Kashmir which not less than an " Heaven on Earth " is wishlist on every individual dream. On the other side of the coin the Kashmir has seen brutal wars on her land from the ancient period with an indoor to India's prosperity and her own people being influenced and killing their army causing bloodshed, brutally injured citizen is not less than " Hell on Earth ". The Question here to ask is How such a beautiful valley has become a " Hell in Heaven " ? Why is the problem so elusive that many leader's couldn't solve the challenges pertaining to it ?
