"Let Go"

Once Upon a time a Senior monk & Junior monk were on a journey. As they moved forward on their journey they came across a raging river on who's bank there stood a Young lady. She was clearly concerned about "How she would get about to the other side of the river ?" The Junior monk straight passed her without giving a thought. The Senior monk, however picked up the Women and carried her across the river. He placed her down and both parted away on their journey. As the journey went on Senior monk could sense some concern on the junior monk mind. He asked him "What was Wrong ?" Junior Monk replied, "How can you carry her like that? You know we are prohibited from even touching women's ! It's against our way of Life". The Senior monk replied "I left the women on the river's edge a long way back, why are you still carrying her ?" The Senior monk had broken the rules for benevolent reason. Once the purpose was full-filled he put her down and continued on. He never gave a further thought. But Junior monk however, he never touched the women & bought up the actions of Senior monk when it was an action of past. Therefore, The Junior monk was carrying the burden of what Senior monk has done as an Emotional Baggage. You see we all have little use for past experience (except for learning) whether good or bad. Like this story we need to let go all our past burden that past has placed upon us. It's Happened, it's over & we can do nothing to change that, we need to move on forward. And create a compelling future for ourselves. If you hang upon something in past which gave you suffering. Every time you think about it and re-live it, it give's you nothing but more suffering. You end up in a Suffering Cycle created by yourself. "So Stop Worrying & Let The Past Go. In this way you can enjoy the future."

Imagine waking up each morning with a gnawing pain in your stomach. Not just the mild hunger we all know, but a deep, empty ache. Imagine that feeling isn’t relieved by breakfast or lunch. And, more importantly, what are we going to do about it? A Setback in the Fight Against Hunger In 2015, the world seemed to be making steady progress. Hunger levels had been declining for years. "Our Infected Criminal Justice System"

If one reads a well established textbook of law, he understands the theory behind Criminal Justice System. Generally in India maintaining Criminal Justice System is the responsibility of all the organs of the Constitution, the Parliament which deals with the making of laws, the executive which controls the institutions involved in investigating the crime and last the Judiciary which decides on the culpability of the crime. Now understanding the edifice on which the Criminal Justice System is build upon let's move to the present day trends. Today their is a large question echoing in houses of India about the efficiency and efficacy of it ?  Atom is Disintegrating: Today the history has repeated itself and the era is of majoritarian government. The State through its power of absolute majority controls both the Parliament and the Executive i.e they are one who will make law and control the investigating machinery. Criminal Justice System without punishment is like a Atom without nucle...

"Those Little Invisible Fences"

" If you think you can, you can & if you think you can't, you can't. "  These lines baffled me for the first time. But when I heard the story of 'Roger Bannister' everything started to make sense.  Back in 1945 in the world of athletics, it was dogma that no one could run a mile in less than four minutes. The best time was credited to  'Gunder Haegg'   from Sweden. He completed a mile in about 4 minutes and 1.4 seconds to be precise. There was a unanimous claim from several doctors, experts, and sports persons that  "No person can break this four-minute barrier."  Many Doctors claimed that it wouldn't be possible to outpace the run for less than four minutes without causing any physical damage to the human body. After five years on May 6th, 1950, there comes Roger who broke that four-minute barrier and accomplished an undefeated feat. He ran the mile in 3 minutes 59 seconds. He did what others said could never be possible. So, How i...
